| State Rep. Don Blakey (R-Camden) visited Fifer Middle School January 18th to help students gain a better understanding of how state government operates. Speaking to three 7th grade classes, Rep. Blakey discussed topics ranging from the legislative process to how citizens can best influence their elected officials. A retired Caesar Rodney School District administrator and a former Delaware State University visiting professor, Rep. Blakey said he welcomed the opportunity to get back in the classroom and work with students.
